Screening Compliance Analyst III

📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end screening to identify customer and entity risks.
• Use screening tools and databases to ensure coverage and accuracy.
• Perform investigations supporting BSA/AML compliance including PEP, sanctions, and Travel Rule alerts.
• Analyze results and escalate risks to FCCS and stakeholders for investigation.
• Communicate findings with internal teams and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain quality by following procedures and incorporating QA feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in financial services, crypto, investigations, legal, or tech with focus on screening and regulatory matters.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and Word.
• Flexible and adaptable to a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Ready to support in a 24/7 environment.
• Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
