• Lead automated workflows integration with LIMS and LabVantage.

• Plan and execute moderate to high complexity experiments.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and next steps at meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD with 2+ years of industry experience or MS with 5+ years.
• Strong understanding of nucleic acid extraction, PCR, and NGS library prep.
• Independently design and execute experiments; interpret results and next steps.
• Experience developing automated workflows is highly desired.
• LDT product development and validation experience is highly desired.
• Proficient in data analysis with Excel or JMP; strong communication.
