📋 Description

• Design, develop, verify, and validate NGS/cfDNA assays.
• Integrate automated workflows with LIMS (LabVantage) and test integration.
• Partner with biostatistics, bioinformatics, and lab ops to troubleshoot with data.
• Plan and run moderate-to-high complexity experiments; analyze data with Excel/JMP.
• Author SOPs, study reports, and transfer docs for production.
• Train team on new SOPs and automated workflows; provide troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD + 2+ yrs or MS + 5+ yrs industry experience.
• Nucleic acid extraction, PCR, NGS library prep, hybrid capture.
• Hands-on NGS, PCR/qPCR, and extraction/quantification.
• Experience building automated workflows and LDT under CLIA/CAP is desired.
• Multitask with pace and precision; data-driven.
• Author project plans, study protocols, reports, and SOPs.
