🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Biology with 4+ years, or PhD in Cell/Molecular Biology.
Learn quickly and follow protocols precisely.
Deep expertise in hematopoiesis.
2+ years differentiating iPSCs into immune cells.
2+ years flow cytometry for cell characterization.
GMP exposure/IND filings; scaling cell therapies in bioreactors.
