School Registered Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom following the service plan.
• Build relationships with clients and school teams respectfully.
• Implement ABA behavior therapy with teachers to support learning.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data per the client behavior plan.
• Train and support student skills to meet identified goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) cert or pursuing (paid by BAYADA).
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100.
• ParaPro Praxis path: passage with BAYADA assistance available.
