School Registered Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service plan
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers to support the student in the classroom environment
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
• Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the student acquire and maintain skills and meet identified goals

🎯 Requirements

• RBT Certified or pursuing certification (paid by BAYADA)
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities is a plus, not required
• AA/BA or 48 credits including Math 100 and English 100 or ParaPro Praxis
