School Registered Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom following the service plan.
• Build relationships with students, families, and school teams.
• Apply behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data as specified in the behavior plan.
• Provide training and guidance to help students acquire skills.

🎯 Requirements

• RBT Certification or pursuing certification (paid for by BAYADA).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with IDD is a plus, not required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree OR 48 credits including Math100/Eng100 OR ParaPro Praxis (BAYADA assistance available).
