🎯 Requirements
- RBT certification or willingness to pursue (BAYADA pays)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities a plus
- Degree: Associate/Bachelor or 48 credits incl Math100/Eng100 OR ParaPro Praxis
