• Support school-wide initiatives in special education.
• Drive change with staff and students to improve academics and behavior.
• Lead the school by building high-performing teams and aligning staff with the vision.
• Promote student success by strengthening instructional programs to improve teaching and learning.
• Create a student-focused environment with high expectations, care, discipline.
• Encourage professional development and supervise teachers to raise student achievement.

🎯 Requirements

• PEL with Principal Certification required; LBS1 preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP process and PBIS
• Excellent organization and time management
• Knowledge of Common Core Standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
