School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in schools.
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and clinical team.
• Deliver ABA therapy in educational settings as part of Cortica care.
• Monday–Friday schedule: 7:30 AM–3:30 PM; min 4 hours/day when assigned.
• Collect data, write session notes and incident reports.
• Implement behavior strategies and support learning in classrooms.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain BCAT or RBT within 30 days if required.
• Knowledge of ABA and behavior analytic practices.
• Data collection and timely documentation skills.
• Strong collaboration with school teams and families.
• Ability to travel between work sites.
