School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• 1:1 ABA-based behavior support for students in schools.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and the clinical team.
• Implement ABA therapy and BIPs aligned with IEPs.
• Collect data and document progress (notes and incident reports).
• Integrate behavioral strategies into daily classroom routines.
• Travel between assigned work sites within service area.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BCAT or RBT credential within 30 days.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• TB clearance or ability to obtain.
• Post-offer background check and MVR may be required.
• Willingness to travel between work sites.
• Strong teamwork and communication with school teams.
