School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in school.
• Collaborate with educators and Cortica clinical team.
• Follow school schedule; 4+ hours paid per day when assigned.
• Conduct data collection and maintain session notes and incident reports.
• Travel between assigned work sites as needed.
• Support ABA therapy in educational settings.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active BCAT or RBT credential or able to obtain within 30 days.
• Reliable transportation; travel between sites.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Pass background checks and TB clearance.
• Strong collaboration with school teams and families.
