School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in school settings.
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and Cortica’s clinical team.
• Implement behavioral interventions in the classroom with data collection.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–3:45 PM; min 4 hours/day when assigned.
• Travel between assigned work sites as needed and partner with schools.
• Maintain safety, de-escalation, and complete session notes.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BCAT or RBT credential within 30 days where required by district.
• Ability to obtain BCAT or RBT credential as needed.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• TB clearance or ability to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.
