School-Based Therapist (Substance Use Prevention Program)

📋 Description

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy per trauma-informed care.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Collaborate with school staff and ESS teams to support students.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation; participate in team meetings.
• Engage families with programming and parent groups as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral challenges.
• Active ASW/AMFT or full LCSW/LMFT license in CA.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Experience in school-based or youth mental health settings preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
