School-Based Therapist (High School)

📋 Description

• Provide therapy to high school students with emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with school staff and families for trauma-informed supports.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy per ESS trauma-informed model.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in team meetings.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Adhere to a stable school-year schedule with limited travel.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents with challenges.
• Experience in school-based or youth mental health settings preferred.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
• CA license/registration: ASW/AMFT/APCC or LCSW/LMFT/LPCC.
