School-Based Therapist

📋 Description

• Provide therapy to students with emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with school staff and families on trauma-informed care.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy per ESS's model.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Engage families with programming and parent groups.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and attend team meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Experience in school-based or youth mental health settings preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed care preferred.
