🎯 Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified or pursuing (BAYADA pays)
- Be at least 18 years old
- Experience with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR 48 credits incl Math100 and English100
- ParaPro Praxis or BAYADA assistance for certification
