School Based Registered Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers.
• Document interventions and progress towards goals.
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan.
• Provide training and instruction to help the student acquire and maintain skills.

🎯 Requirements

• RBT Certified or pursuing certification (paid for by BAYADA)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus, but not required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR ParaPro Praxis (BAYADA assistance available)
