- Work directly with students in the classroom, following the service plan

- Implement behavior therapy and collaborate with teachers

🎯 Requirements
- RBT certification or pursuing certification (paid by BAYADA)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR 48 college credits incl Math 100 & English 100 OR ParaPro Praxis
