School Based Mental Health Therapist -Baltimore County

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site school-based therapy during school hours
• Offer telehealth sessions (optional) to supplement caseload
• Conduct mental health assessments and create treatment plans
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and the Backpack clinical team
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR
• Participate in supervision (if pre-licensed) and team case consults

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Active Maryland license: LCSW-C/LMSW/LCPC/LGPC
• Experience with youth in schools, outpatient, or virtual settings
• Strong clinical skills in individual and family therapy
• Cultural competence and trauma-informed care
• Passion for making mental health accessible to youth
