🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed Behavioral Therapist, preferred.
• 2+ years in mental health, preferably with youth ages 5-18.
• Crisis management experience with highly acute youth preferred.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with students, families, and community health/social services.
