🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
- Licensed Behavioral Therapist, preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably with children and adolescents ages 5-18.
- Experience with crisis management and continuum of care for highly acute youths (preferred).
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working with students and families, and with community health and social services agencies.
