Provide superior customer service and quality home care
Coordinate client services and emergent scheduling issues
Manage your Client Services Manager caseload
Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
Monitor admissions and other caseload metrics

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree is preferred, Associates at minimum
Medicare knowledge and OASIS experience a plus
Medical office or home care experience preferred
Supervisory experience a plus
Strong computer skills with electronic medical records (EMR)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
