📋 Description

• Run weekly office hours; monthly deep-dive enterprise webinars
• Lead demos in weekly onboarding calls
• Own the enterprise Slack channel; triage and escalate to Product
• Help with activation; unblock customers for self-serve
• Build playbooks; reference workflows and patterns
• Create reusable assets from common questions and hurdles

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Solutions Engineering or TAM in B2B SaaS
• APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript, workflow automation
• Strong presentation and communication; comfortable with 50+ engineers
• Empathy for builders; turn 1:1 into 1-to-many assets
• Nice-to-have: Technical degree
• Nice-to-have: Experience with n8n
