📋 Description

  • Become a product expert across Hatch’s AI agents, campaigns, CRM, and compliance.
  • Own a high-volume SMB book, ensuring quick activation and early revenue impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Product Ops in a B2B environment.
  • Experience supporting high-volume portfolios using digital-first, scaled CS models.
  • Strong project and time management skills—manage a high volume of work.
  • Strong communicator across email, chat, office hours, and escalation calls.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to monitor engagement metrics, SLA adherence, and health signals.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding KPIs.
