- Experience: 4+ years in Account Management, Renewals, Inside Sales, or commercial CSM.
- Willing to work North American business hours (Night shift).
- Commercial Acumen: manage a book of business, hit quotas, close deals.
- Technical Aptitude: comfortable learning new software; run discovery calls and demo.
- AI Adoption: integrate AI tools into daily work to improve efficiency.
- Communication: exceptional verbal and written English; explain concepts clearly.
