- 3-5+ years selling into enterprise as a full-cycle IC with quota
- Experience at a hypergrowth company helping craft the playbook
- Hunter mindset with proven ability to generate your own enterprise pipeline
- Experience running enterprise cycles with evals, security reviews, and procurement
- Comfortable engaging tech and business buyers at director and VP levels
- Background selling platform, API, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or AI/ML
- Strong commercial instincts; able to qualify quickly and move deals forward
- Genuine interest in AI and alignment with Anthropic's mission
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
