  • Develop, test, and iterate on scaled playbooks and engagement strategies.
  • Leverage AI to analyze customer data to build adoption strategies for your portfolio.
  • Proactively identify churn risk and work with the broader account team to mitigate.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Box Consulting to provide effective customer engagements.

  • Degree required
  • 2+ years in customer success, account mgmt, or customer marketing at scale
  • Public Sector or regulated dynamics; stakeholder navigation
  • Data-driven with prioritization and AI-first mindset
  • Comfortable with high-volume customers via multiple channels
  • Self-starter with ideas to grow engagement; Salesforce familiarity bonus
