  • 3+ years experience at a fast growing software company
  • Track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Fluent French speaker
  • Experience managing a large volume of accounts
  • Growth mindset and ability to thrive in building a nascent team
  • Highly adaptable to a rapidly changing business and industry
