  • Live in the data; analyze usage to drive health scores and triggers.
  • Design the Customer Hub with data, insights, and AI CSM features.
  • Operate in Vitally, Salesforce, and Hex; manage health signals.
  • Build lifecycle automations in n8n to scale the customer experiences.

  • 3โ€“5+ years in Digital/Tech-Touch CS, PLG, or Product Ops in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong technical copywriting for emails and in-app messages.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams on in-app guidance or AI help.
  • Strong data analytics and CRM/CS platform experience.
  • Autonomous, systems-thinking mindset; you build scalable automations.
  • Nice-to-haves: Vitally/Gainsight/Planhat; Hex/Metabase; n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato.
