  • Monitor account health signals and adoption data to identify at-risk customers.

  • Own instance administration and first-line technical triage, including configuration updates.
  • Communicate adoption trends and risks across customers to cross-functional partners.
  • Execute repeatable adoption programs to improve activation and engagement at scale.

  • Have 6 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Have hands-on experience with APIs, developer tools, or SaaS platforms in enterprise or scaled environments.
  • Have experience managing a large portfolio of customers concurrently.
  • Are comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through configuration and setup workflows.
  • Can balance structured program execution with real-time problem solving; experience with dashboards and automation preferred.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
