  • Manage a portfolio of hundreds of customers prioritized by health, ARR, and lifecycle.
  • Drive adoption and retention with 1:1, 1:many strategies to reduce churn.
  • Surface expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to build pipeline.
  • Leverage product usage data to personalize touchpoints and renewal timing.
  • Build scalable, repeatable programs with Marketing, Product, and Ops.
  • Deliver strategic touchpoints via workshops, office hours, and lifecycle check-ins.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management.
  • Proven ability to manage a large book of business and analyze data.
  • Strong track record of driving adoption and upsell opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Mixmax, Gainsight, and Vitally.
  • Based in or willing to work in Austin, TX or Denver, CO with 4-day in-office policy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including 1:many at scale.
