  • Lead webinar-led onboarding for groups to configure Aircall and showcase features.
  • Provide reactive 1:1 support to unblock customers on setup hurdles.
  • Monitor portfolio health using usage signals and dashboards; act proactively.
  • Support Account Managers with technical clarity on product workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-team escalations among Support, Product, and AMs to resolve issues.
  • Refine onboarding playbooks and automated customer journeys with frontline insights.

  • 1โ€“3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role (onboarding, CS, support, or implementation).
  • Experience interacting with customers via meetings, trainings, webinars, or support.
  • Comfortable managing multiple customers with structured playbooks and processes.
  • Confident presenting and facilitating video sessions professionally.
  • Familiar with CRM, ticketing systems, CS platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Experience with API integrations and webhooks is a bonus.
