๐ฏ Requirements
- 1โ3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role (onboarding, CS, support, or implementation).
- Experience interacting with customers via meetings, trainings, webinars, or support.
- Comfortable managing multiple customers with structured playbooks and processes.
- Confident presenting and facilitating video sessions professionally.
- Familiar with CRM, ticketing systems, CS platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
- Experience with API integrations and webhooks is a bonus.
