Staff Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Design secure software and infrastructure foundations used by engineers by default.
• Partner with product, platform, and infra teams to design secure architectures.
• Define and build the paved road for secure development at Scale.
• Lead architectural reviews and influence security decisions across teams.
• Balance security with velocity during development and deployment.
• Mentor engineers to raise security maturity across the org.

🎯 Requirements

• Production-level TypeScript and Node.js experience, incl. Next.js.
• Proven track record shipping production software with testing, deployment, and on-call.
• Experience with security, architecture, and design reviews.
• Deep AWS primitives knowledge, including IAM; multi-env design.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CDK.
• Strong communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
