📋 Description

• Report to the Head of Business Operations, Public Sector
• Drive results through analytics, strategy, and program execution
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, PMs, and others
• Improve processes and launch new systems; iterate and hand off
• Develop strategies to grow public sector operations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, strategy, or consulting with cross-functional work
• Experience in product, project, or program management from concept to solution
• Strong data-driven mindset, first principles thinking, and fast iteration
• Outcome-oriented with a scrappy approach when it counts
• Experience leading small teams and managing multiple complex work streams
• Deep intellectual curiosity about AI and ML, especially in national security applications

• Salary ranges: SF/NY/Seattle 145,200–220,000 USD
