• Develop and maintain infrastructure for scalable, high-quality data pipelines
• Own day-to-day progress on high-priority data production pipelines
• Partner with domain experts to validate data quality and scale processes
• Work with customers to design data taxonomies that boost model performance
• Use analytics and visualization to track progress, bottlenecks, and decisions
• Foster cross-org collaboration to define human data strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product development, data science, or operations
• Track record of successful project management and comfort in ambiguity
• Analyze complex operational data, build queries, identify trends
• Technical aptitude for post-training data for SFT, RLHF, RLVR

• Base salary range in DC: $169,100-$212,100 USD
