📋 Description

  • Own revenue growth with Scale AI's largest enterprise customers
  • Sell complex AI solutions to Fortune 500 with exec/technical stakeholders
  • Manage full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close
  • Coordinate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Research, and Operations
  • Lead strategic deal planning and mutual close plans
  • Maintain relationships and track AI maturity and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years enterprise sales or account management; 2+ years selling deeply technical solutions to both business and technical audiences
  • Proven track record closing and expanding large, complex enterprise deals
  • Quota attainment in enterprise sales roles
  • Experience building long-term account strategies to drive sustained revenue growth
  • Strong command of enterprise sales processes and systems (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Slack)
  • Technical background or strong technical curiosity, especially AI, ML or data platforms

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary range $147,000 - $184,000 USD
