📋 Description

• Lead SBA lending strategy and growth across the organization.
• Build and mentor a high-performing SBA leadership team.
• Serve as primary SBA subject matter expert to the executive team.
• Oversee portfolio quality, risk, concentration, and loan repurchase management.
• Direct end-to-end SBA operations: processing, servicing, liquidation, and guaranteed loan sales.
• Drive financial performance through pricing, gain on sale, and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, CS (Required).
• MBA or related advanced degree (Preferred).
• 10+ years SBA lending with portfolio management (Required).
• 8+ years supervisory/management experience (Required).
• Equivalent education/experience considered.
• Deep SBA SOPs and full lending lifecycle expertise.
