We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled ServiceNow Support Engineer to support

and maintain the ServiceNow Custom App and REST Connections integrated with Saviynt IGA.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, and will

play a key role in ensuring seamless platform support, troubleshooting, and integration of

ServiceNow with Saviynt IGA platform.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled ServiceNow Support Engineer to support
  • and maintain the ServiceNow Custom App and REST Connections integrated with Saviynt IGA.
  • The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations, and will
  • play a key role in ensuring seamless platform support, troubleshooting, and integration of
  • ServiceNow with Saviynt IGA platform.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  •  Provide day-to-day support for the Saviynt App & REST Connectors.
  •  Provide technical support and issue resolution for ServiceNow platform customers.
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow modules and integrations.
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Saviynt-ServiceNow integration workflows.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and
  • deliver scalable solutions.
  •  Collaborate with identity management and ITSM teams to optimize request fulfillment
  • processes.
  •  Maintain staging tables, scheduled jobs, and catalog items related to Saviynt
  • integration.
  •  Document technical solutions, workflows, and integration configurations.
  • WHAT YOU BRING

    3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow platform and integrations.

     Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration using REST APIs.

     Experience with ServiceNow modules like Request Management, Catalog Items, and

    Workflow Editor.

     Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and API troubleshooting.

     Familiarity with MID Server and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Basic Auth).

     Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  •  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Integration Specialist preferred.
