📋 Description

  • Strategic planning and launch of Saviynt community forums.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, performance, functionality, governance.
  • Develop engagement programs, moderation policies, content strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Marketing to align insights.
  • Monitor KPIs and report community performance to stakeholders.
  • Identify and grow advocates and super-users to contribute content.
  • Ensure activities and content meet brand standards and legal guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Project Lead, Community Management, or similar.
  • Bachelor’s in Communications/Marketing/Business/CS or related.
  • Experience with Khoros Platform or similar tools (Salesforce Experience Cloud, inSided, Higher Logic).
  • Proven ability to drive community strategy from concept to execution.
  • Strong analytics and reporting to measure health and impact.
  • Advanced Google Slides skills for presenting strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse users.
  • Strong project management, organization, problem-solving.
