📋 Description

  • Develop and execute enablement programs for SDRs/CSMs with leadership.
  • Coordinate ongoing training sessions and monthly updates.
  • Track training completion and dashboards; share insights with leaders.
  • Curate and govern playbooks, battlecards, and training materials.
  • Coordinate scheduling for programs and onboarding with leadership.
  • Provide support for enablement tools and maintain resources.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales enablement, ops, marketing, or training; SDR/CSM experience a plus.
  • Experience with enablement tools (Highspot/Showpad) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication; create clear training content.
  • Track enablement KPIs and report on program impact.
  • Experience partnering with GTM leaders to drive enablement initiatives.
