WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Saviynt is seeking a Technical Lead to collaborate with partners and practitioners in architecting, designing, and building its leading Identity Governance (IGA) solution tailored to customer requirements. As an expert in implementing Identity Governance solutions, the IAM Technical Lead will primarily be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of the Saviynt solution in line with customer needs. WHAT YOU WILL DOING Collaborate closely with partners to drive successful solution deliveryHost and lead technical enablement sessions for partners and customers to showcase and train them on Saviynt’s product offeringsServe as a trusted technical advisor by responding to partner and custom queries and how to questions in Saviynt Forums and office hour sessions.Build innovative solutions by collaborating closely with partnersPerform architecture reviews and provide feedback to help customer/partners avoid configuration/implementation issues.Conduct go-live readiness reviews with partner practitioners and help resolve any blockersGuide support teams on complex issues and work closely to document RCAs/ObservationsWork closely with the Saviynt product team to understand the new features and conduct internal as well external enablement workshopsResolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigationTechnical pre-sales support for direct and partner sales teamsBuild AI-powered solutions, tools, and accelerators that support Saviynt implementers WHAT YOU BRING Identity and Access Management domain knowledge is a mustBachelor’s/ equivalent in EngineeringExperience in building AI-based solutions.6+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance productsKnowledge of Web Services such as REST and SOAPKnowledge of programing language such as Java/J2EE, python and strong SQL knowledgeExperience in Power shell and unix scriptingStrong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenThorough domain knowledge on the below areas of IGAUser Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and ReconciliationAuditing, Reporting and user activity MonitoringAccess CertificationSODPassword managementCloud SecurityKnowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories, etc.Direct customer and partner interaction and management skillsMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environmentAbility to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude Compensation
