Satellite Ground Cybersecurity Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and implement secure OS, networks, monitoring, and security tooling.
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments at network, system, and app levels.
• Perform threat modeling and define security controls with mitigations.
• Deploy and manage tools to identify, contain, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Support government compliance tasks including NISPOM and DCID 6/3.
• Provide executive briefings and cyber metrics reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years deploying and maintaining DoD cybersecurity solutions.
• 3+ years RMF experience for Authority to Operate.
• 1+ year IaC/CaC with Terraform and Ansible.
• Hands-on with eGRC tools: eMASS, XACTA, RSA Archer.
• US Citizenship with active Secret Clearance; IAT II certification.
• B.A./B.S. in Information Security or CS or related field.
