The role

You’ll lead Sapien’s earliest customer deployments and long-term success. You’ll coordinate across product, engineering, and finance stakeholders to deliver smooth implementations and ensure Sapien becomes mission-critical for customers.

You’ll be responsible for structured onboarding, ROI tracking, relationship management, and building the playbooks that scale our customer function.

What you'll do

  • Lead customer onboarding and end-to-end deployment execution.

  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with operators and executives.

  • Drive adoption across workflows and ensure customers realize measurable value.

  • Build dashboards and success metrics to showcase outcomes.

  • Identify expansion opportunities and help craft account strategies.

  • Turn customer feedback into structured insights for product and leadership.

  • Build reusable internal playbooks for implementations and success.

What we're looking for

  • 3–6 years in customer success, implementations, consulting, or strategic account management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of an organization.

  • Proven success managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Interest in finance, operations, and AI-driven transformation.
