- Lead planning and execution of data migration from four SAP ECC environments into SAP S/4HANA
- Utilize SNP CrystalBridge (or similar) to extract, transform, load, and reconcile data
- Define data transformation rules to ensure data integrity and ERP alignment
- Collaborate with Functional Process Teams to support readiness and migration validation
- Participate in integrated test cycles, mock conversions and validation testing
- Identify defects and gaps between SAP and legacy systems; coordinate resolution with project teams
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of SAP Data Migration experience
- ECC-to-S/4HANA migration with SNP CrystalBridge, SAP DMLT, or equivalent
- SAP data structures, ETL, validation methodologies
- U.S. Citizenship, able to obtain Secret clearance
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
