🎯 Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.
- Experience supporting internal users (internships, labs, helpdesk, co-op, projects).
- Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with Windows 11, macOS, Linux (Ubuntu) and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
- Strong customer service and clear communication with tech and non-tech stakeholders.
