📋 Description

• Incidents governance: coordinate with compliance, product, and tech to identify root causes.
• Process improvement: identify improvements with stakeholders and prioritize time/resources.
• Process oversight and change control: oversee processes impacting Sanctions Compliance and update SOPs.
• Compliance risk rule testing/tuning and UAT: ensure rules align with policy; conduct testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Crypto investigations, sanctions, and monitoring.
• Experience with crypto tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM, etc.).
• Analytical problem-solver with extensive compliance experience.
• Ability to work in unstructured environments, manage multiple tasks.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and develops tools to improve efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
