📋 Description

  • Manage a team of coordinators; mentorship and growth.
  • Onsite daily to oversee day-to-day workplace services and vendor management.
  • Manage office budget; POs; invoices; cost savings recommendations.
  • Liaise with building management; emergency after-hours contract.
  • Identify and build out processes to improve employee experience; events and comms.
  • Partner with internal teams to support events, onboarding, moves.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 3+ years of office management or workplace experience.
  • 1+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience working with vendors.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Zendesk, Slack, Jira.
  • Onsite 4-5 days a week in San Francisco office.
