Salesforce Technical Lead (Remote)

• Own Salesforce platform architecture, data/security models, and integration design.
\n
• Lead design and delivery for Salesforce features and integrations.
\n
• Directly manage two Salesforce Engineers; provide technical direction.
\n
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems via Boomi and APIs.
\n
• Define coding standards, design patterns, and release practices across the org.
\n
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders; translate needs into scalable specs.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 7+ years Salesforce engineering with lead/architect experience.
\n
• Apex expert with Batch, Queueable, Future; SOQL optimization.
\n
• Salesforce Platform Developer II required; other creds preferred.
\n
• Experience designing/guiding integrations with enterprise systems (Workday, Boomi, middleware).
\n
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing, and data access patterns.
\n
• Experience with SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and version-controlled Salesforce development.
