Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
Configure and customize Salesforce (fields, objects, layouts, workflows, approvals)
Ensure data quality and integrity through audits and best practices
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions
Perform system maintenance, security reviews, releases, and upgrades
Provide user support and training to maximize adoption

🎯 Requirements

3+ years as Salesforce Administrator in a business-facing environment
Knowledge in at least one: OmniScript, Financial Services Cloud, CPQ, Field Services Lightning, or Service Cloud
Experience with requirements gathering and UAT
At least two Salesforce certifications (Certified Administrator and another)
Proficient in creating and managing custom fields, objects, layouts, and workflows
Experience in managing user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions
